We offer local delivery services to ensure that your flowers arrive fresh and on time. Delivery fees vary based on location and urgency. While we make every effort to deliver at the requested time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions. If no recipient is available at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor, at a secure location, or arrange for a redelivery at an additional fee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a partial refund or store credit. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds on delivered arrangements. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to damage or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.<\/span><\/p>\n
