ORDERING POLICY

All orders placed through our website, by phone, or in person are subject to availability. We strive to fulfill every order as requested; however, due to seasonal variations, certain flowers may not always be available. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.

DELIVERY POLICY

We offer local delivery services to ensure that your flowers arrive fresh and on time. Delivery fees vary based on location and urgency. While we make every effort to deliver at the requested time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions. If no recipient is available at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor, at a secure location, or arrange for a redelivery at an additional fee.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a partial refund or store credit. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds on delivered arrangements. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to damage or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Floral availability varies by season and region. If a specific flower or color is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or greater value. Our designers ensure that all substitutions maintain the style, quality, and color scheme of the original order.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected through our website or transactions is used solely for order processing, customer communication, and service improvements. We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties. All online transactions are secured with encryption to protect your payment details.
